Born in Benin City, Nigeria, he is the founder of iNewsAfrica, a global news platform dedicated to authentic African reporting. Dr. Omoruyi holds advanced degrees in Information Technology, Generative AI, and Cybersecurity from institutions like NYU, Cornell, Pace and Walden University. His career spans leadership roles in technology and media, as well as a commitment to empowering Afro-descendants and bridging cultural gaps through education and digital literacy.

As an educator, Dr. Omoruyi has mentored thousands of students and professionals in leadership, technology, and digital skills. His memoir, From Grit to Grace, chronicles his journey from adversity to achievement and offers a blueprint for personal transformation. In addition to his professional work, he serves as the Director of Diaspora Affairs for the Liberal Progressive and Patriotic Members Congress (LPPMC), continuing his mission to inspire resilience and leadership in a fast-changing world.
